Borsa İstanbul Kurumsal Yönetim Endeksindeki Şirketlerin Web Tabanlı Yatırımcı İlişkileri Yönetimi Etkinliklerinin Borsa İstanbul 100 Endeksindeki Şirketler Arasındaki Konumu

Abstract

Doğru, eksiksiz ve zamanında bilgiye ulaşmanın öneminin arttığı günümüzde işletmeler açısından web tabanlı yatırımcı ilişkileri yönetimi oldukça önemli bir noktaya gelmiştir. Web tabanlı yatırımcı ilişkileri yönetiminin doğru bir şekilde yapılması, direkt olarak kurumsal itibar oluşturma ve geliştirmede, dolaylı olarak ise piyasa değeri yükseltmede işletmelere ciddi kazanımlar gerçekleştirmektedir. Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören şirketlerden Kurumsal Yönetim ve BİST 100 endeksine dahil olan şirketlerin, web tabanlı yatırımcı ilişkileri konusunda diğer şirketlere göre daha başarılı oldukları öngörülmektedir. Bu bağlamda, araştırmanın kapsamını, Kurumsal Yönetim Endeksi şirketlerinin web tabanlı yatırımcı ilişkileri yönetimi uygulamaları, kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme puanları ve bunların Borsa İstanbul BİST 100 endeksindeki şirketlerle karşılaştırmaları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamındaki veriler iki aşamada toplanmıştır. Veriler; şirketlerin web tabanlı yatırımcı ilişkileri yönetimi için Türkiye Yatırımcı İlişkileri Derneği'nin hazırladığı Skor Kart çalışmasından, Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme Notları için ise derecelendirme şirketlerinin değerlendirdiği notlardan elde edilmiştir

Nowadays, in terms of companies, importance of the correct, quick and seasonable k nowledge and communication technologies are getting more and more important for the web -based investor relations management. The effective managament of the web -based investor relations provides strong corporate reputation and development directly and also achieves significant gains for corporations about increase of mark et value indirectly. It is predicted that the companies included the index of Corporate Governance and BIST 100 by Istanbul Stock Exchange, are more successful than other companies in terms of the web -based investor relations management. Hence, the scope of the research includes the web -based investor relations management applications of the Corporate Management Index companies, corporate governance rating scores and their comparisons with the companies in the Istanbul Stock Exchange BIST 100 index. The data within the study were collected in two stages; for web-based investor relations management, from the Score Card study prepa red by Investors Relations Association of Turk ey and for the Corporate Governance Rating Score, rates from Corporate Governance rating companies
