Yusuf Akçura ve Fikirleri

Abstract

Yusuf Akçura 1904 yılında yazmış olduğu Üç Tarz-ı Siyaset adlı makaleyle Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nda Türkçülük politikasının uygulanması gerektiği fikrini ilk kez ileri süren kişi olmuştur. Yusuf Akçura hem Rusya'da hem Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nda Türkçülük faaliyetleri yürütmüştür. Fikirleriyle hem Millî Mücadele'nin felsefesine hem de yeni kurulan millî devletin şekillenmesindeki politikalara kaynaklık etmiştir. Bu çalışmada; Rusya'dan Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'na göç eden aydınlardan Yusuf Akçura'nın hayatı ve fikirleri üzerinde durulmuş, millî tarih ve millî iktisat çerçevesindeki millî devlet anlayışı ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

Yusuf Akçura is the person who for the first time brought forward the idea Turkism policy should be performed in Ottoman Empire through his article called Üç Taz-ı Siyaset he wrote in 1904. With his ideas, he was the source for both the the philosopy of te national struggle and the policies forming the newly established national state. In this study; it is emphasized the life and ideas of Yusuf Akçura who is intellectual migrating from Russia to Ottoman Epire and it is tried to reveal his national state understanding within the scope of national history and national economy.
