Synthesis of some chroman derivatives and preliminary investigation on their vasodilatory activity
Özet
In this study, some N'-(chroman-4-yliden)-4-aryl-2-thiazolyl derivatives were synthesized. Their structures were elucidated by IR, NMR and microanalyses. The vasodilatory activities of the compounds obtained were examined in vitro.
