Öğretmen adaylarının web tabanlı öğrenme materyalinin kullanılabilirliği ve etkililiği hakkındaki görüşleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada öğretmen adaylarının sınıf içi öğrenmelerini desteklemek ve pekiştirmek amacıyla web tabanlı bir öğrenme materyali tasarlanmış, uygulanmış ve öğrencilerden materyalin kullanılabilirliği ve etkililiği hakkındaki görüşleri toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına Burdur Eğitim Fakültesine devam edip Gelişim ve Öğrenme dersini alan öğrenciler alınmıştır. Araştırmada öğrenci görüşlerini almak üzere 21 maddeden oluşan bir anket geliştirilmiş, öğrencilerin cinsiyetleri, öğretim türleri ve bölümlerine bağlı olarak görüşleri arasında anlamlı farklılıkların olup olmadığına bulmak amacıyla analizler yapılmıştır. Materyalin kullanılabilirliği ile ilgili öğrenci görüşlerinde bazı bölümler arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuş; etkililiğine ilişkin öğrenci görüşlerinde cinsiyet ve bölümler arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunamamıştır.

In this study, a web based support material for a required teaching credential course entitled Gelişim ve Öğrenme” was designed and developed in order to support students' classroom instructions in Burdur Faculty of Education. Opinions of students were obtained to examine the effectiveness and usability of the material. For this study, a likert-type questionnaire with 25 items was developed to obtain students' perceptions. First, a descriptive analysis was conducted to calculate means and percentages for each item of the questionnaire. In order to test differences among students' perceptions regarding to their department, gender, and type of program, a t-test and independent samples ANOVA were used. For these analyses, confidence interval was set as .05. Most students indicated that they found the material effective and usable. Results revealed that there were significant differences in students' opinions regarding to the usability of the material between Preschool Education and Physical Education, Turkish Language Education, Classroom Teacher departments, although there were not any significant differences in students' opinions regarding to their gender and type of program. In respect to the effectiveness of the material, there were no significant differences in students' opinions based on their gender, type of program, and departments.
