Complex systems in search of new organization approach
Özet
Everything in the world, its institutions and organizations, is interconnected. Hence, the world its institutions and naturally the said connections are continually changing as well. This study, taking the abovementioned view as a basis, was prepared on the assumption that everything in the world is interconnected and thus, the decision of each individual affects all individuals. The problem relating to the systems, in which the decisions made by one individual, affects another individual, in Strogatz's words, are among the significant problems in the world of science that that have not yet been solved. This study attempts to analyze the relationships between the choices of the elements of each individual, which are decision-makers of their own accord. The study also scrutinizes, within the framework of complexity theory and from the viewpoint of understanding organizations, how and to what extent organizational communication is influential on organizational culture and thus on the organization as a whole. The study was supported by examples made in various published articles on interrelations between the choices of the elements of a group where each individual is a unique decision-maker.
