Resim atölye derslerinde üretilen özgün çalışmalarda konu seçimine etki eden etmenlerin öğrenci görüşleri bağlamında incelenmesi

Abstract

Dünya gerçekleşen toplumsal, siyasal ve ekonomik olaylar pek çok alanı etkilemektedir. Bu alanların arasında sanat alanı da yer almaktadır. Literatürde sayılan çeşitli etmenler, sanatsal üretim sürecine biçim ve içerik ilişkileri bağlamında etki etmektedir. Sanatçıların öznel kararları ile ilişkili olan bu etkiler; kimi eserde biçimsel özellikler olarak, kimi eserde ise içerik, tema veya konu bağlamında gerçekleşmektedir. Öğrencilerin sanatsal üretim sürecinde konu seçimlerine etki eden etmenleri belirlemek, onların duygu ve düşüncelerini anlayabilmek ve sanatsal ifade biçimlerine yön verebilmek adına önemli görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; güzel sanatlar fakültesi resim bölümü resim atölye derslerinde üretilen özgün çalışmalarda konu seçimine etki eden etmenlerin öğrenci görüşleri bağlamında incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın gerçekleştirilmesinde genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma örneklemi resim bölümü 4. Sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşturulmuştur. Veri toplama sürecinde öğrencilere anket uygulanmış ve resim atölye dersi kapsamında yaptıkları özgün çalışmalarda konu seçimlerine etki eden etmenlere ilişkin görüşleri alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler frekans ve yüzdelik dağılımlarına göre niceliksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi sonucu öğrencilerin çalışmalarında konu seçimine etki eden bireysel, toplumsal ve sanatsal etmenler belirlenmiş ve sanat eğitiminde sanatsal üretim sürecine yönelik olası öneriler ortaya konmuştur.

Events realized in the World such as social, political, and economic affect many fields. Art is also among these fields. The several factors mentioned in the literature affect the artistic creation process in the context of form and content relations. These effects, which are related to the subjective decisions of the artists; are realized as form in some art works and the context of content, theme, or subject in others. Determining the factors affecting the choice of subjects in the artistic creation process of the students, is seen important to understand their feelings and thoughts, and to direct artistic expression forms. The aim of this study is to examine the affecting factors on subject selection in the authentic works produced in painting studio courses in the context of students’ opinions. A survey was applied to the 4th grade students within the scope of the study conducted in the general research model and their opinions about the factors affecting the choice of the subject were taken. The obtained data were analysed quantitatively according to frequency and percentage. As a result of the statistical analysis of the obtained data, it has been detected individual, social, and artistic factors affecting the choice of subject and possible suggestions are indicated for the artistic creation process in art education.
