Açık ve uzaktan öğrenmede bir ölçek geliştirme çalışması: Uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine ilişkin algı çalışması örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın ana amacı hemşirelerin bilgisayar teknolojisine dayalı uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine ilişkin algılarını belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu çalışma, uzaktan hemşirelik eğitiminin öğrenme, teknoloji, iletişim-değerlendirme ve yönetim boyutu ile hemşirelerin uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine yönelik algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak için tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma Eskişehir’de çalışan 697 hemşireye uygulanmıştır. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Uzaktan Hemşirelik Eğitimine İlişkin Algı Ölçeği (UHEİAÖ)” ile toplanmıştır. Veriler, LISREL istatistiksel paket programı kullanılarak Madde Analizi, Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları; öğrenme, teknoloji, iletişim-değerlendirme ve yönetimin hemşirelerin uzaktan hemşirelik eğitimine yönelik algılarını doğrudan etkilediğini ve geliştirilen ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

The main purpose of this study is to develop a scale to determine the perceptions of the nurses towards the distance nursing education based on computer technology. This study is designed to find out the relationship between learning, technology, communication, management and perceptions of nurses towards the distance nursing education. This research was carried out with 697 nurses, working in Eskisehir. The data was collected through “Perception Scale towards the Distance Nursing Education” (perstoDNE) developed by researchers. These data were analyzed with Item Analysis, Exploratory Factor analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis by using the statistical package LISREL. The findings from the study revealed that the scale was valid and reliable and that learning, technology, communication-evaluation, and management affect directly perceptions of the nurses towards the distance nursing education.
