Avukatın Haklarının Önündeki Engeller

Abstract

Genelde avukatlığın sorumluluk ve ceza boyutu incelenirken, avukatlığın en önemli unsurlarından birisi olan avukatın hakları ihmal edilmektedir. Aslında avukat sahip olduğu bu haklar sayesinde görevini ifa edebilmektedir. Ancak özellikle son yıllarda bu hakların önünde önemli engeller getirildiği gözlemlenmektedir. Bu makalede avukatın bazı haklarının önündeki engeller incelenecektir.

Although the responsibility and punishment aspect of attorneyship is commonly examined, the right of the lawyer, which is one of the most important components of attorneyship, is largely ignored. In fact, the lawyer is able to perform her or his job thanks to these rights she or he holds. However, it has been observed that important limitations on these rights have been used especially in recent years. In this article, the limitations on some of the rights of the lawyer will be investigated.
