Öğretmen yetiştirme lisans programlarındaki değişim ve açık ve uzaktan öğrenme dersine yönelik öneriler

Abstract

Açık ve uzaktan öğrenme çok disiplinli bir alandır. Bu alan pedagojiden iletişime, sosyolojiden bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerine kadar geniş bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirilmelidir. Eğitim fakültelerinin öğretmenlik programlarına 2018 yılında “Açık ve Uzaktan Öğrenme” dersi eklenmiştir. Tüm öğretmenlik programlarında bu dersin yer alması alanın uygulama düzeyinde ilerlemesine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Geleceğin eğitim modelini öğretmenlerin uygulayarak tanıması önemlidir. Bu bağlamda “Açık ve Uzaktan Öğrenme” dersinin uygulamasında yapılması gereken kritik durumlar yazarın gözüyle anlatılmıştır. Ders programı geliştiriciler için programın genel amaçları ve dersten mezun olan öğrencilerin sahip olması beklenen yeterlikler tanımlanmıştır. Bu genel amaca ve yeterliklere ulaştıracak önerilere yer verilmiştir.

Open and distance learning is a multi-disciplinary field. This field should be evaluated from a broad perspective from pedagogy to communication, from sociology to information and communication technologies. In 2018, “Open and Distance Learning” course were added to the teacher education programs of the faculty of education. It is thought that taking this course in all teaching programs will contribute to the progress of the field at the application level. It is important for the teachers to recognize the future education model by applying it. In this context, critical situations that need to be done in the application of Open and Distance Learning course are explained by the author's perspective. For the curriculum developers, the general objectives of the program and the qualifications course are defined. Some recommendations has been given for reaching to general objectives and qualifications.
