Açık ve uzaktan esnek öğrenmede stratejik süreç yönetim modeli

Abstract

İşletmeler sürdürülebilir başarı ve gelişmeyi elde etmek için sürekli çaba içindedir. Başarı ve gelişme bir seferlik olamayacak kadar değerlidir ve devamlılığın sağlanması elzemdir. Bunun farkında olan işletmeler çeşitli yönetim sistemlerini kullanmaktadır ve bu sistemler birbirlerinin destekler biçimde iç içe geçmiştir. Bunların en sık kullanılanları süreç yönetimi, kalite yönetimi, stratejik yönetim ve performans yönetimi olarak sayabiliriz. Bu yönetim modelleri birbirine entegre olabilmekte, birbirini desteklemekte ve performansı yükseltmeyi sağlamaktadır. Her işletmenin özellikleri ve kültürü dikkate alınarak organizasyonel sistem kurulduğunda sürdürülebilir başarıda elde edilmektedir. Bu makalede açık ve uzaktan esnek öğrenme ortamlarının yönetimini üslenen kurumların sürdürülebilir başarıyı sağlamaları için temel süreç yapısı önerisi sunulmuştur. Model oluşturulurken işletmelerin başarılarında önemli rol oynayan yönetim sistemleri dikkate alınarak açık ve uzaktan esnek öğrenme yönetimindeki ana süreçler oluşturulmuştur.

Businesses are constantly striving to achieve sustainable success and development. Success and development are too valuable to be a one-time and continuity is essential. Businesses aware of this use various management systems and these systems are intertwined to support each other. The most frequently used of these are process management, quality management, strategic management and performance management. These management models can be integrated, supporting each other and improving performance. When the organizational system is established considering the characteristics and culture of each enterprise, it is achieved in sustainable success. In this article, the basic process structure proposal is presented for the sustainable success of the institutions that manage the open and distance flexible learning environments. The main processes in open and distance flexible learning management have been formed by taking into consideration the management systems that play an important role in the success of the enterprises while creating the model.
