Murathan Mungan’ın “Dumrul İle Azrail” Öyküsünü Postmodernist Açıdan Okuma

Abstract

Bu yazıda, Murathan Mungan’ın “Dumrul ile Azrail” adlı öyküsünün postmodern bir yapısı olduğu ileri sürülmekte ve bu amaçla metin, postmodern çizgide okunmaktadır. Okumada, Yıldız Ecevit’in postmodern edebiyat metinleri inceleme çerçevesinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada önerilen öykü çözümlemesinde metnin kurmaca/üstkurmaca özellikleri, metinlerarası gönderimi ve zamansal yapısı ele alınmıştır.

This study claims that “Dumrul ile Azrail” by Murathan Mungan has a postmodern text structure and proposes a postmodern reading for the text. The methodology of the analysis is based on Ecevit's description of postmoden text and her sample analysis. The analysis includes fictive and meta fictive features, intertextuality and temporal structure of the text.
