dc.description.abstract | Lead poisoning is one of the most important which among professional diseases. The industries which causes environmental lead pollution are lead mining, lead metalurgy, battery manufacturing, ship parts, cristal glass industry and printing (1, 2,22, 23, 26). In this study, by analysing the blood and urine samples from the villagers living in Saulmisoglu village Eskisehir, the pollutant effect of TEK battery factor (located in the neighborhood) on the villagers was examined. The results did not show any biochemical or pathological changes, and there was no symptoms of lead poisoning. | en_US |
