Açık ve uzaktan öğrenme dersinin geliştirilmesine dönük eğitim fakültesi uzman görüşlerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2018 yılında güncellenen öğretmen yetiştirme programlarına getirilen “Açık ve Uzaktan Öğrenme” dersinin geliştirilmesine dönük uzmanların görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın katılımcıları amaçlı örneklem türlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik, ölçüt ve kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemleriyle seçilmiştir. Durum çalışması olarak desenlenen bu araştırmaya eğitim fakültesinde görev yapan beş farklı bölümden beş akademisyen dâhil edilmiştir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Yapılan görüşmeler önce dijital ses kaydedici ile kayıt altına alınmış daha sonra yazıya dökülmüştür. Uzmanlar ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen veriler nitel bir yaklaşımla içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucunda uzmanlar Açık ve Uzaktan Öğrenme dersinin geliştirilmesine yönelik öğretmen yeterlikleri, ders uygulaması ve sisteme dönük görüşler bildirmişlerdir. İlgili derse daha çok teknoloji odaklı bir bakış açısı ile görüş bildirildiği belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine experts's opinions in depth and developing “Open and Distance Learning” course for Education Faculties Teacher Training Programs updated in 2018. The sample of the study is prepared maximum diversity, criterion and easy accessible sampling method which is one of the purposive sample types. The current study included five academican who are with different professional experience from five different types of teacher training department in education faculty. Descriptive research study a special case of the method was used. A semi-structured interview form developed by researchers was used as data collection tool in the study. The negotiations made are recorded with the digital sound recorder and then written to the article. The obtained data were subjected to content analysis with a qualitative approach. At the end of the research, experts reported teacher competencies, course implementation and systematic views on the development of the "Open and Distance Learning" course. It was determined that opinions were expressed with a more technology-oriented perspective.
