Technique is to transform natural objects to a cultural asset, a tool, a facility, and art works like a space, a sculpture, a painting, literature... Therefore technique is not found in nature, it is an artificial presence and also a presence of design which is added to nature by human because of his intellectual and spiritual being. This concept named as "techne" by Greeks, will be approached in the application, explained through this study with Heidegger's expansion pointing out that the word "techne" meant a creative "re-vealing" of truth, and belonged to poiesis, that is, "making". This application is designed to get volumetric elements for a specific function through organizing surface elements changing on each layer. The design problem is to create a volumetric element for "sit-in" through superimposing surfaces cut with straight and curved parts and organizing these layers by considering solid- void as positive and negative spaces. The main goal is revealing the effects of this "form of making" creating the spatial experiences, on designers during the design process and on users during the interaction process with final products. In this study, the application's creative process and results will be explained through the concept of "making" and "experience"en_US
