The essential oils of Thymus migricus and T fedtschenkoi var. handelii from Turkey

Abstract

The essential oils of Thymus migricus Klokov et Des.-Shost. and T. fedtschenkoi Ronniger var. handelii (Ronniger) Jalas were obtained by hydrodistillation, and analysed by GC-MS. The main components in the essential oils were found to be carvacrol and thymol and linalool, respectively. Copyright (C) 2001 John Wiley Sons, Ltd.
