dc.description.abstractThe water distilled essential oil from the flowering herb of Thymus sibthorpii Bentham was studied by GC/MS. Some physico-chemical characteristics were also determined. Fifty compounds representing 95.08% of the oil were characterized. Thymol (34.8%) was the only major componenten_US
