Dil ve Sözel Şiddet

Abstract

Bu konuda özellikle vurgulanan ana nokta, insana özgü sevinç, arzu, kıskançlık, kızgınlık... gibi duyguları dil yoluyla ifade edemeyen bireylerin şiddete başvurmalarıdır. Ancak bu noktada, sözlü şiddet fiziksel şiddetten daha ön plandadır ve en kırıcı, en aşağılayıcı şekillerde kendini gösterebilir. Sözel şiddet toplum içi çatışmalara sebep olabileceği gibi toplumlar arasında da ortaya çıkabilir. Toplum içi çatışmalar bireysel acı verirken, toplumlur arası çatışmalar kitleleri etkiler. İnsanın temel dürtülerinden biri olan şiddet, dili anlamlı ve yeterli kullanım sayesinde ortadan kalkabilir. Bu noktada, toplumun çekirdeğini oluşturan aile bilinçlendirilmelidir. Ayrıca, çocukların sosyalleştiği okullarda da tam anlamıyla dili kullanma şansı verildiğinde, kendisini ifade edebilen bireylerden oluşan toplumlar ortaya çıkacaktır. Böyle toplumlarda da savaşa kadar varan ilkel düşünce olasılığı neredeyse sıfırdır. Bu yüzden dilin, insanlar arası iletişim ve etkileşim mecburiyeti içinde en önemli araç olarak, temelde insanların mutluluğu için en iyi şekilde kullanılması gerekir.

The main point particularly emphasized on this subject is individuals resorting to violence because of their lackness in expressing their feelings peculiar to humanity such as joy, desire, jealousity, anger, and so on. But, meanwhile, violence in words is in a more important place than it is physically. Violence in words, as it causes conflicts when it is nation-wide, may also cause international ones. International conflicts affects a great deal of people, whereas it gives individual suffer when it is nation-wide. Violence as one of the basic motives of humanity, may be removed by using the language adequately and significantly. At this point, the family constituting the cradle of the society should be become conscious. Furthermore, if the chance of using the language is given in the schools where the children are socialized, societies originated by individuals who are able to express themselves well, would be revealed. In this connection, the probability of primitive thoughts attaining the wars is almost a zero. In this respect, language as the most important device in the obligation of communication and interaction among humans, should be used in the best way for basicly humans' happiness.
