Muhasebe eğitimindeki bilgi, beceri ve eğitim tekniklerinin gerekliliklerine ilişkin beklentiler: Türkiye''deki akademisyenlere ve meslek mensuplarına yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı; muhasebe meslek mensuplarının ve muhasebe dersi veren akademisyenlerin muhasebecilik mesleğine ilişkin sahip olunması gerektiğini düşündükleri bilgi, beceri ve eğitim tekniklerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak muhasebe eğitiminde yer alması düşünülen bilgi, beceri ve eğitim tekniklerine ilişkin ifadeleri içeren anket hazırlanmıştır. Türkiye'de muhasebe eğitimi veren akademisyenlerin ve Bursa Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirler Odası'na kayıtlı meslek mensuplarının bu anketi 5'li Likert ölçeği yardımıyla cevaplandırmaları istenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, muhasebe eğitiminin içeriği ve yöntemi konusunda akademisyenlerin ve muhasebe meslek mensuplarının farklı görüşlerde oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to highlight the perceptions of accountants and accounting academicians about the knowledge, skills and educational techniques that should be required for accounting profession. Devoted to this aim, a questionnaire is prepared consisting of the knowledge, skills and educational techniques that should be required for accounting education. We have two groups of respondents, namely the accounting academicians in Turkey and accountants listed in Bursa Chamber of Certifed Public Accountants. The respondents answered the questions via the 5 Likert scale. The results reveal that the academicians and accounting professionals do not have a consensus about the content and methods of accouting education.
