Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki (KOBİ) İsletmelerde eğitim etkinliklerine iliskin sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri: Eskisehir ili örneği

Abstract

Arastırma kapsamında, Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İsletmelerde (KOBİ) eğitim etkinliklerine iliskin yasanan sorunların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıstır. Bu amaca dayalı olarak: “KOBİ’lerde eğitim etkinlikleri öncesi gereksinim belirlenmesine iliskin olası sorunlar nelerdir? KOBİ’lerde eğitim etkinlikleri sürecine iliskin olası sorunlar nelerdir? KOBİ’lerde eğitim etkinlikleri sonrası değerlendirmeye iliskin olası sorunlar nelerdir?” sorularına yanıtlar aranmıstır. Arastırma kapsamında tarama türünde nitel bir arastırma desenlenmis ve veriler yarı yapılandırılmıs görüsmeler yoluyla toplanmıstır. Arastırma kapsamında Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İsletmelerde eğitim etkinliklerine iliskin sorunlar tespit edilmis ve bu sorunlar, eğitim öncesi gereksinim belirlenmesine iliskin sorunlar; eğitim sürecine iliskin sorunlar; eğitim sonrası sorunlar olarak üç tema altında toplanmıstır. Arastırmada elde edilen tüm sonuçlara dayalı olarak, KOBİ’lerde eğitim etkinliklerinin program gelistirme bakıs açısına uygun olmayan biçimde gerçeklestirildiği, gereksinim belirleme çalısmalarının yeterince yapılmadığı veya KOBİ’lerin gerçek gereksinimlerini belirlemeden eğitim sağlayan kurulusların ilan yoluyla önerdiği eğitim programlarına personellerini gönderdikleri tespit edilmistir. Buna ek olarak öğrenme ürünlerinin değerlendirmesine yönelik sistemli bir sürecin olmadığı belirlenmistir.

Within the scope of this research, it is aimed to determine the problems related to education activities in small, medium and large size enterprises (SMEs). According to this aim, answers are searched to these questions: What are possible problems related to analyzing requirements before education activities in SMEs?”, What are possible problems related to process of education activities in SMEs?”, What are possible problems related to evaluations after education activities in SMEs?” Within the context of this research, a survey research was designed and data were collected by semi-structured interview. The problems related to education activities in SMEs were determined by this research and these problems were grouped into 3 themes which are problems related to analyzing requirements before education, problems related to education process and problems related to process after education. Depending on results of the research, it can be said that the education activities in SMEs are performed inappropriate to curriculum development approach, requirement analysis are not enough or the SMEs send their staff to the education activities which are suggested by organizations provide education without any requirement analysis. In addition, it was determined that there weren't any systematic process for evaluation of learning outcomes.
