Almanca Öğretmen Adaylarının Öğretmenlik Becerileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada amaç; Çukurova Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Almanca Öğretmenliği son sınıf öğrencilerinin öğretmenlik becerilerini uygulama düzeylerini belirlemektir. Bu öğrenciler sekizinci (son) dönemde öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinde öğretmenlik becerilerini okullara uygulamaya gitmektedirler. Bu nedenle, yedinci dönemde öğrencilerin bu beceriler açısından ulaştıkları düzeyin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada, survey yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, Çukurova Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Almanca Öğretmenliği Bölümü son sınıf öğrencileri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Bu bölümün son sınıfta öğrenim gören öğrencilerin çoğu araştırmaya dahil edilmiş olduğundan ayrıca örneklemeye gidilmemiştir. Araştırmada öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinde kullanılan öğretmenlik becerileri ölçeği esas alınmıştır. Bu doğrultuda 41 beceri belirlenmiştir. Bu beceriler konu alanı yeterliliği, planlama, öğretim süreci, sınıf yönetimi, iletişim ve ölçme-değerlendirme gibi başlıklar altında ele alınmıştır. 22 öğretmen adayı staj yaptıkları Mehmet Özöncel, ÇEAŞ, İsmail Sefa Özler, Seyhan Rotary ve Piri Reis Anadolu Lisesinde 10 gözlemci öğretmen tarafından gözlemlenmiştir. Verilerin toplanabilmesi için sunumları dinleyen rehber öğretmenler formları doldurmuştur. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik becerilerini uygulama düzeyleri görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to determine the level of teaching competence of the senior students at Çukurova University, Faculty of Education, German Teaching Department. The named students go to secondary or high schools to transfer their teaching abilities into practice during the eighth term of their education. Thus, the level of their teaching competence is aimed to be stated in the seventh term. Survey is the method used in this research. The survey has been applied on the senior students of Çukurova University, Faculty of Education, German Teaching Department. Since most of the senior students have been included in this study, an additional sample study hasn’t been done. The criterion used in this study is based on the one used in methodology. Forty-one skills have been established in this respect. The named skills have been classified under the headings subject sufficiency, planning, timing, class management, communication, measurement and evaluation. Twenty-two students have been observed by ten mentor teachers at Mehmet Özöncel Anatolian High School, ÇEAŞ Anatolian High School, İsmail Sefa Özler Anatolian High School, Seyhan Rotary Anatolian High School and Piri Reis Anatolian High School, where they do their apprenticeship. After observing the presentatitions, mentor teachers have filled in the necessary forms to get data. The named data have been analysed by using SPSS program. Through the analyses, the level of teaching competence of the students has been established.
