A novice instructional scenario writer's principles for internet supported learning: An example from testing and evaluation course

In this paper, the principles that govern the development of the instructional strategies of Testing and Evaluation in English course of Distance English Language Teacher Training (DELTT) Program are presented. Firstly, the program and the course are described briefly. Then the major underlying principles are presented with reference to the related literature and examples from the course are provided.
