Feldspat Cevherinin Zenginleştirilmesinde Flotasyon ve Multi Gravite Separatör Yöntemlerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, feldspat cevherinin flotasyon ve multi gravite separatör ile zenginleştirilme olanakları araştırılmıştır. Feldspat flotasyonu üç aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir; ilk aşamada mika, ikinci aşamada demirli ve renk verici mineraller yüzdürülmüş ve son aşamada da feldspat/kuvars ayrımı yapılmıştır. Multi gravite separatör ile zenginleştirme deneylerinde; yıkama suyu, genlik, çalkalama hızı, açı ve tambur hızı gibi parametreler incelenmiştir.

In this paper, the possibilities of beneficiation of feldspar ore by flotation and multi gravity separator were investigated. In the flotation tests, feldspar was separated from impurities in three stages; mica was floated at the first stage, iron-bearing and coloring minerals were floated at the second stage, and feldspar was separated from quartz at the last stage. In the concentration experiments with the multi gravity separator; washwater flowrate, shake amplitude, shake frequency, tilt angle and drum speed were investigated.
