Gomphrena Globosa L. (Hanım Düğmesi)’nin İn-Vitro Şartlarda Embriyo Kültürü ile Üretimi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Gomphrena globosa L. (Hanım Düğmesi) bitkisinin tohumları üzerinde bitki doku kültürü çalışmalarından, embriyo kültürü tekniği uygulanarak kısa sürede bol ve kaliteli bitkiler elde edilmiştir. Steril şartlarda tohumlardan çıkarılan embriyolar in-vitro koşullarda iyi sonuçlar vermiştir.

Bitkimizin embriyolarının ilk gelişimi için Kinetin (KIN) (1.0 mg/lt) içeren MS besin ortamında, vejetatif gelişme için İndol Asetik Asit (IAA) (1.0 mg/lt) içeren Murashige & Skoog (MS) besin ortamında 8 gün gibi kısa bir süre de sağlıklı kök ve gövdeleri olan bitkilerin oluştuğu görülmüştür. Bir ay sonra da saksılara aktarılmıştır.

In this study, plentiful and qualified plants have been acquired in the short time by the study of plant tis-sue culture on the seeds of the plant of Gomphrena globosa by applying the technique of embryo culture. In sterile conditions, embryos taken out from the seeds have been given good results in in-vitro conditions.

It has been seen that the plants of Gomphrena globosa’s embryos in Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium which includes Kinetin (KIN) (1.0mg/lt) for the first growth and in MS medium which includes Indol Acetic Acid (IAA) (1.0mg/lt) for the vegetative growth have been transformed into the plants which have healthy root and stem in the short time as eight days. After a month they have been transferred into the pots.
