| dc.description.abstract | Phase pure perovskite lead titanate and lead zirconate titanate powders were produced by hydrothermal synthesis. Reaction temperature and time are critical processing parameters for formation of phase-pure perovskite particles. In addition, solution pH should be greater than 14 to produce well-crystallized lead-based perovskite particles. Particle size and morphology of the particles can be tailored by mineralizer concentration and/or stirring rate. | en_US |
