dc.description.abstractToday we live in century like national wide communication is getting more common and thus people get in a closer contact, the interaction is done more easily and quickly by the internet webs where the keywords are ''knowledge, high technology and communication'' besides the communication vehicles like television, radio and telephone. So, he modern man is aware of acquiring more than language who wants to get in a contact to the present day. Moreover the language will cause the man to have a better perspective of life, to clarify the assumptions and to express his own opportunities and what he has lived so far, thus the reality that language is a tool for communication shows a sign about language learning, this makes a person more active and arises him to freer atmosphere in terms of individual social statues and occupation. Therefore to make it happen for activating this motion it is possible by learning other foreign languages. In general meaning better solutions derived to foreign language teaching about the problem that have occurred and that may exist, this means we shouldn't be satisfied with the existing knowledge but we must find out the missing points and parallel with the increasing possibilities new ways, attempts should be developed. Doubtlessly, going over the problems in foreign language teaching all at once is a contentfull and long-term goal. Because there are to many factors like the student to the teacher, methodology and the goals that are clarified. For this reason it would be more healthy to try to solve the problems in a limited way.en_US
