| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to develop a system dynamics model for the higher education system in Turkey (HES). With this model, we aim to attract attention to dynamic variables because of the fact that in the long term, this dynamics affects the number of students that will enter University. With system dynamics, the dynamic behavior over time of the HES has been better understood. In addition, we want to determine the fact that, feedback loops provide a better understanding about uncontrollable dynamics of the system. | en_US |
