Özet
International labor force circulation creates various effects on the economies of both countries those which demand labor and those which supply labor in respect to economically, sacially, and politically. During the post second World War period efforts to rea lize reconstruction and a rapid development employing foreign labor required for sunc a development have exposed to view most important migration in the 20 th century. So at the end of 1950, mediterranean countries which have impor tant unemployment problems and can not solve the development problem began to send their workers to West European Countries. As a result of this labor force migration marked social, economical, and political changes were observad, In the case of free labor force circulation, Turkish workers would have the same status quo as the other community workers, namely they would look for a job freely throughout the EEC countries and benefit from the whole social rights which given to domestic workers.
